3 Year No Leak Shell Warranty
Solana hot tubs are covered against water loss due to defects in the hot tub shell for three years.
1 Year Surface Warranty
The interior acrylic surface materials of Solana hot tubs are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
1 Year No Leak Warranty
Solana hot tubs are covered against leaks caused by defects in manufacturing and workmanship for one year, specifically leaks from jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints and all bonded parts.
1 Year Component Warranty
Electrical components, pumps, and other components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Some parts, such as hot tub covers, filter cartridges, filter lid, hot tub pillows and cover locks are not included in this warranty, but are covered against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
1 Year NO-FAULT Heater Warranty
The No-Fault heater is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year with the exclusion of commercial or industrial use provided that the component has failed to operate properly within the hot tub's system.
1 Year Endurol Siding Warranty
The exterior Endurol siding is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
