In the middle of December last we became the proud owners of a Sovereign hot tub. On the appointed delivery day we waited with great excitement as your delivery team phoned us and said they would be here by 2.00 pm.  Arriving punctually, with a smile, and in the pouring rain, they set to offloading the tub and rolling it uphill, on soggy ground, negotiating a very narrow opening, on the way, with only an inch to spare on either side, it successfully arrived in our back garden.  From then on it was a downhill run all the way.  Still in the pouring rain, still smiling, your team of two negotiated a small wall and - there it was , right ways up and ready to be unpacked, filled and commissioned. On using the hot tub for the first few times, getting the hang of the controls, we were disappointed not to be able to get the motomassager to work.  However a quick phone call to the HotSpring Office and lots of advice later, we decided to try again.  Sadly the motomassager still did not work, but our next phone call brought with it the promise of an engineer in the next few days.  He turned up at the appointed hour, having first telephoned to say exactly when to expect him.  Diagnosed the problem within minutes and promptly replaced the faulty piece.  We were very impressed with the standard of care we received, and have had no further problems.

We have had our Tiger River Hot Tub for just over a year now and thoroughly enjoy it. As you can see it is used by all our family, in all weathers and all seasons.When we approached HotSpring we were given clear information on the types and sizes of various hot tubs and were asked what we wanted out of our spa. We were then recommended the Sumatran and were even offered a trial wet test. There was certainly no pressure to make a decision and the HotSpring staff answered any questions we asked, in detail.When we finally made our decision we provided an access plan for the delivery and within only two weeks our brand new Sumatran was delivered, built and set up for use the following day.The delivery team consisted of two extremely friendly men who had total respect for our property, even showing concern for the flower beds. They tided all packaging away and talked us through the chemical treatments to help us obtain the best from our hot tub.All in all the whole HotSprings experience was hassle free and very swift. My first experience in a hot tub was so amazing that I decided I must have one of my own. I had visited many hot tub showrooms, then HotSpring was recommended to me. I was invited to browse at my leisure, then given a demonstration with honest, essential information on how to get the best enjoyment from a hot tub, which no other company had told me. I stretch out and totally relax in my hot tub and I use it all year round - at night I can see the stars. I really love and enjoy my time in my hot tub and get real pleasure when I share the experience with my family & friends.
